Jody Belly is a lawyer who is engaged in general corporate, corporate financing and securities law matters for public and private issuers of different sizes. She advises reporting and non-reporting issuers on regulatory compliance and continuous disclosure obligations. 

Jody completed her Bachelor of Law and Juris Doctor in North American Common Law at the Université de Montréal. During her studies, she served as a research assistant to a professor at the Université de Montréal in international comparative private law and was involved in different in various committees and extracurricular activities, such as Pro Bono Students Canada. Jody completed an exchange session at The University of Sydney in Australia where she expanded her knowledge of the common law system.

Raj Ghosh is a corporate & securities lawyer based out of Toronto, Ontario building a practice focusing on corporate finance, securities matters, public & private mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, technology & software licensing contracts, and general corporate-commercial matters. Raj has experience representing public and private issuers across various sectors including mining, oil & gas, energy, cannabis, technology, blockchain, cryptocurrency, logistics and real estate. 

Prior to becoming a lawyer in Ontario, Raj gained valuable experience as a corporate & securities law clerk with Bay Street firms in Toronto and assisted in private placement financings, M&A, public offerings, corporate governance, and securities compliance for public issuers and investment funds. His experience spans various sectors and legal functions, providing unique insights into solving complex legal challenges and managing diverse client needs. 

In 2019, Raj published a research paper on Blockchain & Smart Contracts in Trade Finance in a Canadian finance law textbook called Law in International Finance. Before relocating to Toronto in 2018, Raj practiced corporate and technology laws at one of the oldest full-service law firms in India.
