We are a Montreal-based boutique law firm with a presence in Toronto as well to better service our clientele. We specialize in corporate, business and securities law. We service companies in the mining, oil and gas, cannabis, technology and start-ups industries.

Michel Lebeuf
Michel Lebeuf is the managing partner of the firm and a seasoned corporate finance and securities attorney. Michel has developed an expertise in securities law, particularly in the areas of natural resources, institutional and corporate financing, and public and private mergers and acquisitions. He has experience in corporate reorganizations, public and private transfers, and institutional funding. Michel graduated from Université de Montréal, where he obtained a degree in political sciences (international relations) and a civil law degree. Michel also acts and has previously acted as director and officer for many listed issuers on the Canadian Securities Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange.

Jody Belly
Jody Belly is a lawyer who is engaged in general corporate, corporate financing and securities law matters for public and private issuers of different sizes. She advises reporting and non-reporting issuers on regulatory compliance and continuous disclosure obligations.
Jody completed her Bachelor of Law and Juris Doctor in North American Common Law at the Université de Montréal. During her studies, she served as a research assistant to a professor at the Université de Montréal in international comparative private law and was involved in different in various committees and extracurricular activities, such as Pro Bono Students Canada. Jody completed an exchange session at The University of Sydney in Australia where she expanded her knowledge of the common law system.
