• Assisted Tantalex Lithium Resources Corporation (CSE:TTX) in connection with a US$1.7M first tranche closing of private placement of common shares.
• Assisted BMEX Gold Inc. (TSXV:BMEX) in connection with its C$1.2M Listed Issuer Financing Exemption (LIFE) private placement offering of non-flow through units and flow-through units.

• Assisted SPOD Lithium Corp. (CSE:SPOD) in its amendments of mineral option agreements for their MegaLi and Lithium Grande 4 Property. 

• Assisted Fairchild Gold Corp. (TSXV:FAIR) in its MOU to acquire Goodsprings Exploration LLC, a private Wyoming mining company.

• Assisted Silver Storm Mining Ltd. (TSXV: SVRS) in connection with a C$6.1M private placement of units. 
• Acted as Quebec counsel to Orford Mining Corp. (TSXV:ORM) in its acquisition by Alamos Gold Inc. (TSX:AGI) by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement for a total consideration of $24M on a fully diluted in-the-money basis.

March 2024

• Assisted Greenhawk Resources Inc. (CSE: GRHK) in its purchase of C$2.7M Debenture and signs a letter of intent with CG International Petroleum for a farm-in option for up to twelve (12) oil and gas exploration and development wells in the Doba Basin, Chad.
